Three women are murdered in different incidents in Guanajuato, Mexico
In the past few hours, three murders of women have been reported in the municipalities of San Miguel de Allende, León, and Irapuato in the state of Guanajuato.
In San Miguel, the victim was shot to death in the San Rafael neighborhood on José María Arévalo Street.
Public security officers arrived at the scene promptly and confirmed the death of the woman, estimated to be between 30 and 35 years old.
The officers cordoned off the area, blocking off at least two blocks around the crime scene to prevent contamination.
In León, the body of a woman, wrapped in plastic bags and showing signs of violence, was found in the Libertad neighborhood.
