Southwest to launch direct Laguardia-Cancun flights for $222 USD one way

Southwest Airlines wants you to start planning your 2020 travels. And it’s willing to give you a massive discount on airfare if you start right now.

Southwest is hosting yet another monster sale on airfare across the country for travel through spring 2020. However, if you want to take advantage of the sale you’ve got to hop on the bandwagon right now because the sale ends on Friday, Nov. 15.

To take part in the sale, interested travelers must book by midnight Pacific time on Friday. Tickets for travel must also be purchased 14 days in advance. The tickets from the sale are also nonrefundable and seats are limited. Blackout dates also apply to this sale.

Dates for travel in the continental U.S. are valid from Nov. 28, 2019 through May 20, 2020. Interisland Hawaii travel dates are valid Dec. 3, 2019 through May 20, 2020. Travel to and from San Juan, Puerto Rico is valid from Dec. 3-5, 2019, as well as Jan. 13 through March 5, 2020, and April 14 through May 14, 2020. International travel is also valid Dec. 3-11, 2019, Jan. 7 through March 5, 2020, and April 14 through May 14, 2020.

Those flying out of Los Angeles International Airport can fly one-way to Austin for as little as $128. Los Angeles travelers can also get to Chicago for $153, Denver for $115, and Las Vegas for as little as $64.

Anyone traveling out of New York’s Laguardia airport can fly to Atlanta for $104 one-way, Nashville for $109, and Cancun for $222.

Southwest’s sale includes those famed interisland flights for as low as $39 one-way between islands.
