Playa del Carmen municipal officer, Angeles Tapia, attacks local reporter
According to information published on The Baja Post, Baja California based online newspaper, the Civil Registration Office Director of Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Angeles Celita Tapia Cervantes attacked Perla Ford, a Playa del Carmen resident and reporter for local TV channel 10, who went to her office to inquire about citizens’ complaints against her.
Most of these complains are related to bad attitude, lack of attention and even mistreatment to those who have to go to this government office for the processing of birth or marriage certificates as well as other services that this office provides.
Tapia Cervantes turned tremendously aggresive as she was questioned by Ford, braking the reporter’s camera who went to this PUBLIC OFFICE to carry out her journalistic duties and never expected to be so violently attacked by the furious woman,
Perla Ford declared on her Facebook account that she was alright, fortunately there are no serious injuries to lament, but her photographic equipment was damaged by this public servant, and she will file the correspondent formal complain in a court of law.
