Opposition parties celebrate the invalidation of AMLO’s “Plan B”
As “good news for Mexican democracy” Alejandro Moreno, national leader of the PRI, described the invalidation of “Plan B” of the electoral reform by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN)).
He pointed out that the National Electoral Institute (INE) is a reliable and serious body, which provides certainty to the will of the people, so trying to violate it “was one more absurdity of Morena.”
The PRI’s National Executive Committee also applauded the Court’s ruling on Thursday, June 22nd, and said that President López Obrador’s reform threatened democracy.
