Hotel H10 Costa Mujeres: under environmental impact evaluation
The 599-room development of Hotel H10 Costa Mujeres in the continental zone of Isla Mujeres, promoted by the hotel company Magogon, is currently in the stage of environmental impact evaluation by the Secretariat of Environment and Natural Resources (Semarnat).
The project was presented on January 9 and it consists of a hotel tourism development of 599 rooms and four levels, which design also includes a sports center, swimming pools, ponds and fountains, squares and patios, parking lot, and landscaping conservation areas.
The lot HR-10 (currently 011) where the construction of the lodging center is intended, is part of the “Costa Mujeres Tourist Development”, authorized in terms of environmental impact and in terms of changing the use of forest land through the trades SGPA / DGIRA / DG / 3886/11 dated June 21, 2011 (Annex 6) and 03 / ARRN / 0623/11 dated May 6, 2011.
