Government will invest 2 million pesos on urban and tourist image in Cozumel
The State government of Quintana Roo through the Ministry of Tourism (SEDETUR) and the Federal Tourism Secretariat (SECTUR), will invest 1,996,000 pesos in works that will allow the improvement of the urban image of commercial premises in Cozumel.
As part of a working tour of the island of Cozumel on August 9, Governor Carlos Joaquín personally supervised the improvement works on urban image that are currently being carried out on the 5th Avenue North, Cozumel Centro.
In this regard, the Secretary of Tourism (SEDETUR) Marisol Vanegas Perez, said that the works seek to provide more and better development opportunities for the population, through the implementation of actions that provide improvements in the urban community.
