Sources from the Cereso said that the events were registered during the visit, when two custodians were surprised while they intended to introduce the illegal substances into the facilities.
Although it was announced that these were found in possesion of the drugs (although the custodians denied everything), the authorities have not reveiled whether it is marijuana or another type of alkaloid.
On February 14, the detention facility staff caught 22 year-old Maria Luisa, trying to introduce drugs into this penitentiary, and secured between 200 and 300 grams of marijuana.
The young woman was detained and taken before the corresponding ministerial authorities for this incident, she is currently under criminal proceedings.
