Late last year, Krystal Grand Punta Cancun launched its VIP Altitude Tower, a new luxury enclave that added 100 suites to the existing 295 suites. The tower provides guests with 24-hour concierge services, access to the Sky Lounge private rooftop, and custom luxury amenities.

Guests of the tower can enjoy myriad VIP amenities, including exclusive check-in, 24-hour concierge, 24-hour room service, daily breakfast, and afternoon cocktails and appetizers. The Tower features an indoor pool, private bar, complimentary wine and tequila tastings, and a featured Chef’s Table. Guests also have access to the adult-only infinity pool with private cabanas and Bali beds.

The rooms, which measure at 549 square feet, have ocean-facing balconies, large glass bathrooms with rain showers, 50-inch LED televisions, pillow menu, sleeping kit, and refreshed daily minibar.

The Altitude Releve rooms take luxury a little further at 678 square feet, ocean views, and daily in-room fruit amenities. Other services include luggage unpacking, and up to $350 in spa credit.
