“Morelos artists will have a meeting in the coming days in order to give life to certain parts of the city with their artistic expression in different techniques”, said the coordinator of the house of the Bicentennial cultural center, Roberto Hernández Tun.

Hernández Tun said that this meeting will start with an exhibition where 15 works by four artists will be placed on the balcony of the Municipal Palace for fifteen days so that the general public can admire them.

He said that after this event they will exhibit murals throughout the city and one of them will be placed on the city clock.

“It’s a big event that will encompass all the artists of the municipality and also some artists from the central area of the state of Quintana Roo,” he said.

He explained that in the realization of the urban murals by the main sreets of the city, the artists will use techniques of acrylic and airbrush, since this type of paint endures the extreme weather of the Peninsula.
