A world without NAFTA? (Wilson Center)
The United States, Canada, and Mexico have yet to clear most of the major hurdles on the way to an updated NAFTA, which has forced negotiators to extend their scheduled talks through the first quarter of 2018, including a negotiating round in Montreal in late January.
